Our company has used TeamLogic since 2019. Their ticket system is efficient, response times are appropriate based on severity, solutions are almost always on-point. I have had minor, isolated hiccups on low-priority issues, where the tech didn't accurately comprehend my request or question on the first response, but once clarified, responses were great. Our dedicated support staff is excellent, 10/10 (Chris J, Vay B), but they can't be everywhere all the time, so this really should be 4.9 stars to be accurate. Most importantly, this company is led by highly intelligent people with integrity and a high drive to ensure our systems run smoothly. I've gotten responses on issues on nights and weekends when needed - they are on the ball. Outsourcing our tech support to TeamLogic was one of the best decisions we have made.
