Andy Hackett brings many years of dedicated customer care to bear everyday as he works with customers and prospective customers. Previous experience includes working with Red Sox radio while at Northeastern University and Verizon immediately upon graduation. Andy joined TeamLogic IT over 13 years ago and today is President & Owner of TeamLogic IT of Northeastern Massachusetts. Opening new relationships and growing existing relationships is his personal mission. His constant focus on translating customer needs to technical solutions is paramount. Outside of work, Andy enjoys time with his wife Kim and his ever-growing extended family including the newest addition, Charlie the wonderdog! He regularly enjoys outdoor activities, travelling, meeting people from all walks of life and.....he even enjoys yardwork! Occasionally, you'll spot him on the golf course but rarely will you find him on the fairway! He's more proficient satisfying customers than hitting the little white ball.
Frank brings nearly 15 years of tech industry experience to the TeamLogic IT team. He’s worked as a systems administrator, network engineer, as a recruiter of tech talent for large corporations, and as a corporate IT Manager. He is truly a tech guru and is constantly identifying and implementing new solutions and workflows to improve the customer support experience through his growing technical team as our Vice President of Operations. Frank rarely breaks from the tech world but when he does, he is drawn to spend time with his lovely wife and daughter. He also is an avid sports fan, musician, and concert attendee!
Jenn is our Chief Technology Advisor. She works with our clients to identify where technologies can improve day to day operations and solve issues specific to their business and workflow. An integral member of our team for over 11 years, Jenn previously applied her Computer Information Systems education serving as a tech bench and field services manager for a major technology retailer over a 7-year span. Outside of work, Jenn enjoys time with her husband (and co-worker Chris, also a TeamLogic IT member) and active little boy …. all the while…enjoying cooking and great music.
As Chief Solutions Architect, Nick translates business requirements into technology solutions to meet our clients’ needs. 7 years with TeamLogic IT and over 5 additional years in the technology services field has prepared Nick to approach client needs with a broad base of knowledge and experience. Nick has an insatiable desire for all things related to technology and is a leader among his teammates with technical certifications and knowledge of emerging technologies. Outside of work, Nick continues his pursuit of technology news, information and knowledge as well as enjoying his art of photography (with a digital SLR, of course!) yet admits to missing the process of developing his own film.
Tom has been a critically important member of the TeamLogic IT team for over 10 years. His background and training as an Applied Science Specialist guides his management and support of our entire NOC service team. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical field prepared Tom for his fast-growing role of Director of Support Services. Customer satisfaction through rapid deployment of technical solutions is Tom’s highest goal. Outside of work, Tom is committed to keeping up with the daily technology changes, spending time with his family, and fishing.
By founding TeamLogic IT of Northeast Massachusetts Jim launched his vision of “best in class” IT services into reality. His frustration with then-typical IT services companies who presented as self-effaced, somewhat condescending geniuses catalyzed him to turn that model on its head and create a “customer-centric” service organization. Previous experience (over 30 years) leading CPS Direct, Direct Results Group and SourceLink (sixth largest direct marketing services company in the US) has guided Jim’s mission and objective implementation. Now with 13 years of IT services experience and successful growth, Jim is focused on maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Another mission critical focus is recruiting and keeping excellent team members…folks who talk two languages…the language of technology and the language of business! After hours, Jim’s pursues his passion for cooking almost anything, anywhere but especially likes to practice slow smoking skills to the delight of family and friends.
